# 1 - Tomato Sauce with Black Truffle Flatbread

Ingredients:

Your favourite pre-made small/medium flatbreads

2 cups - Your favourite creamy ricotta cheese or a plant-based alternative

Highest Quality EVVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Finely chopped fresh Rosemary
Directions
- Preheat your oven to Roast 375 F.
- Set out your flatbread and lightly coat with a brushing of your highest quality EVVO.
- Evenly spread a light layer of tomato sauce with black truffle.
- Use your 80g jar over 4 medium-sized flatbreads.
- Spread creamy ricotta cheese over each flat bread- just enough to have the tomato sauce with black truffle peak through.
- Sprinkle sea salt to taste, a small pinch of pepper and ½ tsp – 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary.
- Set in the oven on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Grill for 8-10 mins – or until the cheese has melted and there is a pale light brown color to the rim of the cheese.
- Remove from the oven and set on your serving platters (wooden boards are recommended).
- Drizzle your white or black truffle oil sparingly.
- Cut in pieces and serve immediately!
#2 - White Truffle Cream Flatbread

Highest Quality EVVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

Sea Salt and Black Pepper

- Sprinkle shredded hard cheese- just enough to have the cream sauce with white truffle peak through.
- Sprinkle sea salt to taste, a small pinch of pepper and ½ tsp – 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary.

Finely chopped fresh Rosemary

- Preheat your oven to Roast 375 F.
- Set out your flatbread and lightly coat with a brushing of your highest quality EVVO.
- Evenly spread a light layer of tartufata.
- Use your 80g jar over 4 small/2 medium flatbreads
- Spread a spoonful of chilled creamy goat cheese- just enough to have the black truffle sauce peak through.
- Sprinkle sea salt to taste, a small pinch of pepper and ½ tsp – 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary.
- Set in the oven on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Grill for 8-10 mins – or until the cheese has melted and there is a pale light brown colour to the rim of the cheese.
