3 Ways - Gourmet Truffle Popcorn for all types of Snackers

Truffle Popcorn 3 WaysPopcorn with Truffle Oil and Truffle Salt (Vegan)


Ingredients: 

Directions

  1. Grab a deep dish cast iron pot with a lid and set the stove to medium-high heat.
  2. Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of high heat vegetable oil and coat the bottom of the pan.
  3. Throw in ½ cup of popcorn kernels and make sure all the kernels are coated in the oil.
  4. Cover with a lid and wait until you hear popping sounds and gently shake your pot back and forth for a couple minutes until the popping subsides. 
  5. Turn off heat and prepare your dressing.
  6. Drizzle about 1-2 teaspoons of White or Black Truffle Oil and mix to incorporate. 
  7. Sprinkle on 2 teaspoons of Truffle salt and mix to incorporate.
  8. Serve immediately.

Popcorn with Truffle Oil and Truffle Salt and Butter (Vegan-Vegetarian)


Ingredients:
