Popcorn with Truffle Oil and Truffle Salt (Vegan)
Ingredients:

½ cup of popcorn kernels

1-2 tablespoons of high heat vegetable oil - or just enough to coat the bottom of your pan
Directions
- Grab a deep dish cast iron pot with a lid and set the stove to medium-high heat.
- Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of high heat vegetable oil and coat the bottom of the pan.
- Throw in ½ cup of popcorn kernels and make sure all the kernels are coated in the oil.
- Cover with a lid and wait until you hear popping sounds and gently shake your pot back and forth for a couple minutes until the popping subsides.
- Turn off heat and prepare your dressing.
- Drizzle about 1-2 teaspoons of White or Black Truffle Oil and mix to incorporate.
- Sprinkle on 2 teaspoons of Truffle salt and mix to incorporate.
- Serve immediately.
