Sometimes it is enough to sprinkle a pinch of it on young roasted potatoes, risotto, slices of buttered toast or grilled red chicory. For dessert, before putting a piece of dark chocolate in your mouth, put a grain of salt on your tongue and wait for it to mix with melted chocolate in your mouth or sprinkle it lightly over a scoop of caramel ice cream.  Truly a cupboard staple for the gourmand in your life!  

INGREDIENTS: salt, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico, Vitt.) 2%, flavouring. Store in a dry place. No preservatives, no artificial colouring.
